Vendors needing to send packages/freight to the Hotel prior to arriving at the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino need to send their parcels no earlier than (1) one week out from the show, February 12th, 2025. If you need to send it sooner, please contact Lisa Hicks at LisaHicks75@yahoo.com to arrange alternate shipping.

Package Handling

All packages and or freight received at the Hotel will be assessed the following charges:

Boxes – $10 each (20 – 25 lbs.)
Boxes – $50 each 26 lbs. +) / Pallet(s) / Crate(s)

Individuals are responsible for their own package handling fees & picking up their own boxes from the Bell Desk upon arrival unless other arrangements are made prior.

Packages mailed to the Hotel need to be addressed SPECIFICALLY as noted below, with ALL information on all 7 lines, with return shipping instructions, contact information, and labels included:

All packages will be held by the bell desk. Only the “sender” can go to the bell desk upon check-in and show proper ID to pick up your packages. Charges for Bell Desk assistance to take packages to the ballroom event space is based on size & quantity; however, standard fees are $20.00 per cart to and from ballroom. Any package over (100 lbs) will be delivered to the Hotel’s loading dock. Arrangements for delivery from the loading dock should be made through the catering department.
