Below is a map to load and unload at the Gold Coast loading area designated just for our group. 
Feel free to use valet area entry if all you have are suitcases. An elevator is located directly to the ballroom inside. Go past registration to the center of room and look for signs. 

Bell Desk will help unload your belongings for $20 each way and is located near valet. Carts cannot be used by guests without bellman assistance. 

As you know IMoMA has two large carts for your use and will help reduce trips to/from your car. This year we will do our best to provide cart volunteer assistance; however, if you see the carts labeled IMoMA empty please feel free to use them. The Map Below & Photos provide guidance showing a direct path to our ballroom from Self Parking on Level 3, Top Level. Unloading is okay, PARKING in red or yellow loading zones is not allowed AT ALL! Don’t leave cars unattended for longer than 5 minutes. 

You will need to unload, go park, and then return if needed to bring your stuff up if your helper or our volunteer is unable to do it for you. That way, whoever is stationed there can watch or take your goods for you while you park. Please DO NOT LEAVE GOODS on Cart UNATTENDED! 

IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that when you enter the building with your full cart, follow signs that lead to double door on right in the hallway before the escalators. Call  Lisa Hicks 818-445-5472 with any questions.
