Dealer Information

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at International Market of Miniature Artisans (IMoMA). This convention brings together artists, creators, collectors, and enthusiasts to celebrate creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation.

Registrants should be sellers of a mostly handmade types of miniature scale replica art that mimics a real life size object of some kind. Registration is not open to businesses outside this scope and description.

As an exhibitor, you’ll have the opportunity to:

   •   Connect with collectors, buyers, and fellow creators

Whether you are an established professional or an emerging creator, we welcome exhibitors whose work aligns with the spirit and theme of our MiniCon.

IMPORTANT & NEW 2027: Dealers who register for both shows, wholesale and retail, have reduced table fees by $75 for the first table. We are encouraging Retailers to register for both and offer a minimum of 20% off goods to participate in all 3 days of the show. Our Wholesale Buyers SHOP & SPEND, so we have reduced the fees to encourage more participation. Basically, the new change for 2027 is that dealers who register to do both shows will sell wholesale only 1 day and wholesale-retail 2 days. Dealers will be identified by their table signs as Wholesale/Retail and will continue to sell wholesale on Saturday and Sunday ONLY to BUYERS WITH 2027 WHOLESALE BADGES issued by IMOMA. The badge must say 2027!! Retail Dealers Only are restricted from offering wholesale discounts or selling wholesale, and if caught, could be banned from future shows. Unless you’re registered for both shows, you should not be selling wholesale. With all 3 days allowing wholesale buyers to shop, including an exclusive wholesale preview day, we feel this will encourage more brick-and-mortar and gift shops to attend our show and offer our dealers more selling opportunities.

How to Apply

Please complete the exhibitor application form below with accurate and detailed information. We look forward to discovering your work and potentially welcoming you as an exhibitor at IMoMA. Right of Refusal: IMoMA reserves the right to refuse any and all contract submissions that do not meet the show criteria. Completed registrations that do not meet the organizers’ requirements will be immediately declined. You will be contacted about your submission for further information and must provide additional details to move forward. 

• This year’s room rates are as follows: $37-$85 + $39.99 resort fee + 13.38% tax. 
• HARD Deadline for group rate to book your room is Feb 1st, 2027 (based on room block availability) BOOK EARLY
• 7 Fabulous onsite Restaurants, Coffee Shop, 2 Bars, a Bowling Alley, Bingo, Resort Style Pool & Spa. 24hr Fitness Center, Free Parking & Valet
• Hotel located less than 1 mile off the strip.
• Wholesale buyers must pre-register (NO FEE) and are required to wear a wholesale buyer badge all day of the shows. (NO ENTRANCE FEE)
• Dinner Tickets will be available soon for our VIP dinner (theme and entertainment TBD)
• Dealers Enjoy Buffet-style lunches, two included per wholesale registration, for FRIDAY ONLY. One included per retail for SATURDAY & SUNDAY ONLY. All helpers & wholesale buyers’ lunches are available for pre-purchase only. 
• Complementary Morning Coffee Bar for Dealers Only
• Table packages start at $425 Wholesale and $280 Retail. 
• Late Registration is subject to placement outside the main ballroom once the main ballroom is full. There will be limited space for absentee vendors. 
• Room assignment and table spacing are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to wholesale/retail dual registrations, regardless of registration date.
